31st: Nothing much to report other than I still haven't got round to casting my camera. Actually thats a lie. As of today I have lost contact with the web. Unfortunately we have had a modem miss function brought on by the sudden, violent impact of said devise with the kitchen floor. So please excuse the delay in the publishing of this and any further pages.
24th: With the PPC deadline looming ever larger I have finally decided to do something about getting my camera ready for submission. Is it going to work? I still have no idea but I am getting ever nearer to the point of finding out, the mold is almost ready for pouring. Just a bit of tinkering left to do.
If you ever find yourself in the middle of a 'I have had no cheese cake in weeks and I can't take it anymore' crisis; I have just the right contact who can send you to cheese cake Nirvana. Only porblem is that you will find yourself craving more and your mind will become fixated on only one thing and that is when will you be able to get your next fix
16th: Home - home for me now is Pretoria. This does not feel like home to me. For a body grown comfortable with the luxuriously moist air of England, the dry still heat here can be unbearable. Winter is passing and the furnace is about to be turned on.
For a month now the mold for my concrete camera has been sitting in my garage. (see left) Its almost finished but time is fast running out. The PPC deadline is for the end of September.
